I've been living here for almost two years now, and it's been a fantastic experience. The location is ideal—within walking distance to Fashion Square and plenty of great restaurants. I can’t say enough good things about the management team. They've always addressed any concerns I’ve had quickly and efficiently. The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

I have lived at this amazing building for nearly 4 years. The staff is incredible, make home feel safe, wonderful, and provide exceptional level of care. The front desk team and rest of the leasing office impeccable service. Tanya, is incredibly helpful in addressing any questions or issues related to my lease and finances. Courtney is awesome, from small to big requests to promptly scheduling repairs and patiently answering my general inquiries. Additionally, Andrea is fantastic at her job - she is always prompt and ready to assist with any resident needs. Overall, the level of service and care from the entire team has been truly outstanding.

I recently moved to The Moderne and was very impressed with the level of professionalism Tanya demostrated while handling the process. She was attentive, friendly and very focussed on answering all my questions and finding the best unit possible for me to rent. She accompanied the process very diligently and was present and solution oriented from start to finish, even ensuring that on move in day, my apartment was in optimal conditions and that I was happy with the apartment. Can’t thank her enough and highly recommend Tanya as a diligent and customer focused professional. She was a key factor for my decision to move to The Moderne!!! I also met Alexandra towards the final phase of my experience and she too was very supportive and diligent at assisting my move. Both Tanya and Alexandra are great prefessionals and have been a pleasure to work with! Thanks Tanya and Alex!!!!!!!🙂🙂🙂
