Kelcie is a newer leasing consultant and she is so sweet and very helpful. She always takes my calls and has never shied away from getting me information as fast as possible. The moderne is a great place and it has the cheapest prices of any high end apartment in any other neighboring town but is actually located in old town. Great spot and even better people at the community. Check it out

HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE !! Living here has been such a great experience. I’ve had a great experience with the people in the front lobby, I didn’t feel overwhelmed or nervous in any sort of way. The apartment complex is always clean and well taken care of, which really shows how much the staff cares. One of my favorite things is seeing the cleaning lady, she always says hello with a smile and is so kind to everyone she passes. The whole community feels warm and welcoming, and it honestly feels more like home than just an apartment complex.
