The amenities are top-notch. The pool and hot tub area are very well maintained, providing the perfect spot to unwind or socialize with neighbors. The gym is also very well kept and has all of the equipment you need. Parking is very convenient with either attached garages or covered spots nearby. The entire property is meticulously cared for, with landscaping and breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain that elevate the everyday experience.
What truly sets The Moderne apart is the exceptional office staff. Kilie, Courtney, and Tanya are absolute superstars! Their professionalism and dedication make living here a breeze. Kilie is incredibly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to answer questions and ensure residents feel valued. Courtneyâs infectious positivity and attentiveness make every interaction a delight, and sheâs always quick to assist with any needs. Tanyaâs welcoming energy during my tour made me feel right at home, and her thoroughness in addressing my questions was unmatched. Together, they create a supportive and friendly environment that makes The Moderne feel like a true community.
