I recently moved out and I’m honestly so sad to leave — only because I had to move out of state. This property was truly exceptional, and I would have stayed if I could. During my time here, management continued to invest in meaningful upgrades that made living here even better. They added a convenient on-site mini market, package lockers, a putting green, and a secured gate system. While the gate system is still in transition and there have been some minor kinks with doors and elevators, that’s completely expected with any change of this scale. What really stood out to me is the bigger picture. With every improvement, you can clearly see that the main focus is the residents and creating a better living experience. That level of care and intention makes all the difference. I truly loved living here and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that’s constantly improving and genuinely values its residents.

We are here visiting our daughter at The Moderne. We were so impressed by the two people we dealt with here. First we were helped by Valerie at leasing office. So helpful! Then we were here when maintenance came in to fix a few small things. He was so awesome! We are so happy our daughter is living in such a nice place to live with such a friendly staff.

Kylie, Tanya and Courtney need some type of award! Full of personality, extremely personable, and despite the number of different floor plans, they walked me through the decision-making process with ease… whether I land here or not as my choice of residence, it was definitely a memorable experience! Kudos ladies, The Moderne is definitely the place to be thanks to y’all!!

The manager and staff are very helpful. Maintenance was quick to fix my hot water. Issues happen but it’s how the team responds to those issues that makes the difference.

There was a trash issue this past week due to a compactor problem—something that wasn’t really their fault—and they still worked hard to resolve it quickly and clean everything up. The property is always kept very clean, and you can really tell how much the team cares. I enjoy living here, and I always appreciate the great communication from the staff.

I recently moved from The Modern and wanted to come leave a review as I really enjoyed the time I was there. Building is well kept and clean. I had no issues while I was there quite and Great community feel. Office staff and management were always pleasant and made my time there great. I recently moved out of state but would definitely lease again at The Modern.
