Just wanted to take a few minutes to report on my experience while living at The Moderne. We've lived at 2 units here at the south end of the complex, our experience has always been great, Kilie has been especially pleasant, professional and attentive as well as her team (Tanya, Courtney, Valerie, and all the maintenance crew). They have all been very supportive and have graceously assisted us when we have needed their support. I highly recommend The Moderne as a great place to call home!

From the moment I stepped onto the property, I was blown away by the cleanliness and amenities that make every day here feel like a resort getaway. The amenities are top-notch. The pool and hot tub area are very well maintained, providing the perfect spot to unwind or socialize with neighbors. The gym is also very well kept and has all of the equipment you need. Parking is very convenient with either attached garages or covered spots nearby. The entire property is meticulously cared for, with landscaping and breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain that elevate the everyday experience. What truly sets The Moderne apart is the exceptional office staff. Kilie, Courtney, and Tanya are absolute superstars! Their professionalism and dedication make living here a breeze. Kilie is incredibly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to answer questions and ensure residents feel valued. Courtney’s infectious positivity and attentiveness make every interaction a delight, and she’s always quick to assist with any needs. Tanya’s welcoming energy during my tour made me feel right at home, and her thoroughness in addressing my questions was unmatched.
