I recently moved to The Moderne and was very impressed with the level of professionalism Tanya demostrated while handling the process. She was attentive, friendly and very focussed on answering all my questions and finding the best unit possible for me to rent. She accompanied the process very diligently and was present and solution oriented from start to finish, even ensuring that on move in day, my apartment was in optimal conditions and that I was happy with the apartment. Can’t thank her enough and highly recommend Tanya as a diligent and customer focused professional. She was a key factor for my decision to move to The Moderne!!! I also met Alexandra towards the final phase of my experience and she too was very supportive and diligent at assisting my move. I lived at The Moderne for 3 years. My entire experience there was absolutely fantastic. Kourtney helped me move into my two bedroom apartment facing Camelback Mountain. It was absolutely beautiful. Anytime I needed anything I know I would have friendly and consistent customer service from any of the leasing agents or management. Overall, Kourtney and the staff made my experience living at The Modern the best apartment complex I have lived at thus far.

Tommy Torres is a fantastic leasing agent. He is the perfect example of customer service. He is personable, efficient and goes above & beyond to take care of his clients. He always has a smile & demonstrates a "can do" attitude with the follow through to match.

I could not be happier here at The Moderne!! Since starting the application process to living here over a month now it’s been nothing but great. First off Tommy the manager is so kind and always happy to help it truly makes such a difference. Living somewhere where the staff is happy and in a good mood is the best thing and I’m so blessed for Tommy and Courtney for always being there when I need them! I love everything about my apartment and the amenities, I truly am worried I’ll never leave!! Perfect location and my apartment is a 10/10 with the view, updated appliances, flooring and even the layout of my apartment is just perfect - whenever I have a friend over they can’t stop talking about how beautiful the space is here!!!
