I was very impressed with the community when I toured. It was clean and quiet. My plans have changed a couple times, and I’ve had to make changes along the way. I can’t thank Tommy from the leasing office enough for all his patience, care and thoroughness and giving me functional options and working with me so that I am happy. He’s been very respectful, knowledgeable and responsive.

I toured the site early this week with Jeff and he answered every question with amazing detail. He was super friendly. The home I want isn't available yet, but I'll be moving in as soon as one comes up.

I have friends who live at the moderne and suggested I go speak to Tommy. I was looking at a few options at the time, but decided to go with the moderne because Tommy was extremely helpful, excited to live here.

Going on my fourth year of living at the moderne, Tommy has been the best at helping me out throughout my years of my residency. He has gone above and beyond to meet all my expectations of living in the best home. If you find yourself touring the moderne, ask for Tommy and he’ll find you a good home and exceed all your expectations.
