The Moderne is an underrated gem in the city! With great walkability (especially to the mall), stunning mountain views, and the convenience of underground parking, it's hard to beat. While there have been several management shifts over the years, Tommy Torres, the current manager, is a standout. He truly cares about the community, always making sure residents are heard and their needs are met. Thanks for making The Moderne an even greater place to call home!

I’ve been at this apartment complex for over two years . I’ve been nothing but completely satisfied. Most recently a huge shout out to The Moderne and the team for handling my AC issue so quickly, especially in this heat ! Everyone from the manager to the leasing staff ( Courtney & Tommy ) Maintenance especially Daniel & Lee. They were so fast to handle everything. It’s so reassuring with such a great property .
