I recently moved from The Modern and wanted to come leave a review as I really enjoyed the time I was there. Building is well kept and clean. I had no issues while I was there quite and Great community feel. Office staff and management were always pleasant and made my time there great. I recently moved out of state but would definitely lease again at The Modern.

I was a previous tenant at The Modern. I enjoyed living at The Modern, sad I was relocated for work. Units are well maintained and the grounds/buildings are always very clean and well kept. Any issues were always taken care of promptly by the leasing office staff. Management is super responsive. Thank you for making my experience living here so amazing.

I first talked to Valerie over the phone to schedule an appointment to tour 1 and 2 bedroom units. She was kind and sweet at all times. When I went in for my appointment, she was courteous and thorough, even when we went over the base rent prices and other fees. She showed transparency to ensure I'm not hit with any surprising fees, and she tried to find the best unit that could fit into my budget. Valerie made my experience at The Moderne a pleasant one, I could see that she was doing her best, and I'm excited to move in.

Just wanted to take a few minutes to report on my experience while living at The Moderne. We've lived at 2 units here at the south end of the complex, our experience has always been great, Kilie has been especially pleasant, professional and attentive as well as her team (Tanya, Courtney, Valerie, and all the maintenance crew). They have all been very supportive and have graceously assisted us when we have needed their support. I highly recommend The Moderne as a great place to call home!
